actors that can not be put in the traditional boxes customer, market, supplier and channles. Examples are the Government,
Audit and Accountancy and Logistic Companies. Mostly the client is able to provide this information. While investigating
these actors, recognize which actors als have an important role in the new situation. These aspects must be documented as
business requirements only if they are not yet documented in the existing Business Requirements Catalogue. |
